Hi Dr Tom, I know that you are very busy and if you have time to answer this question I would be very grateful. On reading your excellent article in New Pathways, I see you recommend taking Immunoshield. Can you please advise me if it is OK to take Immunoshield with the 4.5mg of LDN that I take each evening.
