Hi Tom

I have been taking 200mcg of Chromium Polynicotinate for a while now along with a multi-vit, however, I have just noticed that the multi vit has an additional 200mcg, is this safe or have I or am I doing any damage? There seems to be conflicting information out there as to ideal and correct doses as some sites say you can take significantly more!

I'd be greatul for any re-assurance or advice.

Cheers

Russ,
sorry for the delay in answering. I have used 400mcg of chromium as a standard dose for many years with no reported adverse effects. Several studies have been conducted with 800mcg or 1000mcg so this dose is fine.
